The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in relevant leadership roles, with a strong background in nonprofit accounting principles and GAAP. They should be adept at building and improving operational systems, and workflows, and have a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience in education nonprofits and familiarity with multi-entity compliance requirements are preferred. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of team leadership, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to their work.
