About the Role
We are seeking a driven energetic Account Associate to join our dynamic Insurance team in South Barrington IL.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Prepare issue file update and manage time-sensitive insurance documents critical to the business including but not limited to:certifications of insurance endorsement requests loss summaries quotes binding requests renewal letters mod analysis and many more!
- Learn industry terminology and commercial insurance coverage basics
- Conduct research; compile information for Account Managers and Account Executives
- Participate in off-site carrier client and prospect meetings as required
- Keep insurance filing and database system up to date (Applied Epic)
- Assist in creating proposals summary of insurance and presentations
- Responsible for billing accurately and timely audit processing
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and industry partners to insure a high-level of customer service
- Provide backup for other team members during their absence
- Additional responsibilities as required
