Customer Service Representative

CSR Responsibilities:Workflow Management: Optimizes daily operations with excellent client care in a walk-in emergency settingCommunication: Manages a multi-line phone system, handles calls/messages, and provides a warm, professional welcome.Client Care & Compassion: Delivers exceptional service, remains calm during emergencies, and manages emotional or difficult client interactions with empathy.Administrative Duties: Accurately processes payments, maintains precise client/pet records, and handles documentation (scanning, emailing, etc.).General Support: Completes all tasks assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:Ability to properly prioritize and complete tasks simultaneouslyAbility to problem solve and adapt to multiple situationsExcellent customer service skillsComputer efficiencyVery detail-orientedPreferred: Experience with Veterinary Electronic Medical Records (Cornerstone, ezyVet etc.)Preferred: One year of customer service representative experiencePreferred: Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and proceduresPreferred: HS Diploma or educational equivalentAt AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
