This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to educate customers on repair options while delivering honest, high-quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.Troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately.Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, hose bibs, shut-off valves, and fixtures.Repair leaks in water, drain, and sewer piping.Clear drain stoppages using professional drain cleaning equipment.Perform sewer camera inspections and identify plumbing system issues.Install customer-approved plumbing repairs and replacement equipment.Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.Experience servicing water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, drains, sewer systems, and residential plumbing equipment.Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to work independently while managing a daily service schedule.Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.Plumbing license or certifications are a plus but not required.Backflow certification is a plus.Keys for SuccessPut the customer first by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.Diagnose problems accurately and recommend honest, effective solutions.Take pride in clean, professional workmanship on every service call.Maintain a positive attitude and represent Kalos Services with integrity.Manage your time efficiently while meeting daily service goals.Keep your service vehicle organized and prepared for each day.Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers.Stay committed to continuous learning and professional development.Follow all safety procedures and maintain the highest quality standards.Build customer trust through professionalism, transparency, and reliability.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay plus performance incentives.Company-provided service vehicle.Fuel card and SunPass.Company-issued tablet and mobile technology.$70 monthly cell phone stipend.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.BenefitsAt Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
