Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories. Process payments and handle customer concerns with a positive attitude. Uphold George Nunnally Chevrolet's high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities. Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
