We are seeking an energetic and organized receptionist/customer service specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, maintain office supplies, and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain electronic filing, handle scheduling/calendar management, assist with data entry, document and triage incoming sales/service tasks, prepare reports, and support office operations.

Personal Assistant Support: Provide personal assistance to agency owner and handle confidential matters with discretion. Includes light filing, errends, and other miscellaneous duties.

Customer Service: Address basic customer inquiries (primarily billing), process payments, and reminder outreach to customers for payments, signatures, and appointments.

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Outgoing and friendly demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Positive attitude and a professional appearance..
