Full Manager Bookkeeper

A growing service-based organization is seeking a Bookkeeper/Billing Manager to oversee billing operations, customer account management, and administrative processes across multiple markets. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for managing billing teams, supporting collections efforts, partnering with Sales and Operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is financially savvy, understands the impact billing has on the overall business, and excels at resolving customer issues with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 8 Billing Coordinators located across multiple markets Oversee accounts receivable and collections activities through a team of 2 specialists Partner with Sales and Operations to prepare and deliver customer estimates Manage billing disputes, customer concerns, and account escalations Monitor billing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy Ensure strong communication between customers, operations, and finance teams Qualifications Experience leading billing, revenue operations, accounts receivable, or customer account teams Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting Ability to understand how billing activities impact overall business performanceProven success managing customer relationships and resolving disputes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwest Search
