Customer Support Representative

Overview Vaco has partnered with a fast‑paced, growing organization to fill a Customer Service & Collections Specialist role. This fully onsite position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume call‑center environment, enjoys helping customers, and can balance both service and collections responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits Base pay is $19.50 per hour with a monthly bonus opportunity. Eligible employees may receive discretionary bonuses and participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls. Answer questions and resolve account issues. Document customer interactions accurately. Educate customers on services and account options. Contact customers regarding past‑due balances. Set up payment plans and process payments. Qualifications 1+ year of call center or customer service experience. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Detail‑oriented and organized. Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
