Volt is immediately hiring Customer Service Representative in Huntersville, NC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Be comfortable manually processing customer orders in ERP with speed and accuracy.
• Be comfortable answering customer calls and resolving inquiries effectively.
• Be comfortable managing customer inquiries via chat with professionalism.
• Be comfortable responding to customer emails with clear, timely communication.
• Be comfortable aiming to resolve customer issues in the fewest interactions.
• Be comfortable running reports to identify and process orders on hold.
• Be comfortable demonstrating customer service skills in handling complaints.
• Be comfortable following company policies, procedures, and customer relations guidelines.
• Be comfortable maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.

This is a full time, Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of meaningful, customer-facing experience (customer service, retail, etc.).
• Written and verbal communication across all levels.
• High standards of conduct and reliability.
• 1 years of proficiency in Teams and Outlook.
• Handle a fast-paced call center environment and multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, willing to take on more responsibilities.
• Ask questions, analyze situations, and solve problems.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
