Customer Service Representative Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions across various channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Huntersville, NC Pay Range: $18-$20 Shift: 8am-5pm Hybrid Position What's the Job? Enter customer orders manually into the ERP system with accuracy and efficiency Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email, providing timely assistance Support customers by answering product-related questions and resolving issues effectively Run reports to proactively manage and process customer orders on hold Maintain professional communication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures What's Needed? At least 2 years of meaningful work experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service or retail Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook, is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels Ability to quickly learn data entry processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities What's in it for me?
