We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential group home team in Tempe, Arizona. What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play an important role in supporting our members with their daily routines, personal goals, and overall well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, individualized care to members in a residential group home setting.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs.
• Supporting members with meal preparation, household routines, and daily activities.
• Encouraging independence, skill development, and community participation.
• Providing medication assistance or administration as authorized and in accordance with training and agency procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Completing required daily documentation and reporting concerns to management.
• Following individualized service plans, agency policies, and Arizona DDD requirements.
• Communicating professionally with team members and management to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, patient, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.

Required Qualifications:

• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Article 9 certification
• P.R.O.U.D certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete required training and onboarding
• Ability to work the assigned Monday–Friday evening schedule
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience in a group home, residential care, or direct support setting
• Familiarity with Arizona DDD services and person-centered care
