Position Summary Weekend DSPs provide hands-on support, supervision, and care to residents in our DDD group homes. This role includes assisting with daily living skills, community activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Weekend staff play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and quality support. Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/First Aid Article 9 Prevention & Support (if required) Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and able to work scheduled weekend shifts consistently
