2nd Grade Teacher Applications will be accepted beginning Tuesday, May 12, 2026 12:00 AM (Central Standard Time) Job Description Bristow Public Schools JOB VACANCY (Posted 05/12/2026) POSITION: 2nd Grade Teacher RESPONSIBLE TO: Superintendent and Building Principal Essential Duties Instructs students by lecturing, demonstrating, modeling, and using audio visual aids and other materials to supplement presentations; prepares course objectives and outlines for course of study following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school; prepares, administers, and corrects tests, and records results; assigns lessons, corrects papers, etc; teaches rules of conduct; maintains order in classroom and on school grounds; counsels pupils when adjustment and academic problems arise, discusses pupils’ academic and behavioral attitudes and achievements with parents; keeps attendance and grade records as required by school; other duties assigned. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree from four‑year college or university and valid certification.
