Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work, offering maximum flexibility in your schedule while ensuring you can maintain meaningful connections with clients. You will be an integral part of a supportive, dynamic, and transparent team dedicated to collaborative success. The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet flexible environment conducive to both professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique needs.

• Document ongoing assessments, including treatment plan updates and clinical case notes in compliance with company policies to ensure accurate record-keeping and continuity of care.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster emotional growth and healing.

• Offer exceptional customer service and build collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to optimize client care.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic approaches to engage clients, helping them achieve their therapy goals effectively.

• Prepare and submit detailed session notes and other required documentation in accordance with established protocols.

As an LMFT at Top Point Counseling Clinic, you will work with a diverse population including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
