Sr. Director, Field Reimbursement - West

Role:
Senior Director, Field Reimbursement – West, leading regional Field Reimbursement Managers to execute market access strategies for uro-oncology products.
Responsibilities:
- recruit, develop, and coach the team
- translate national access strategies into regional plans
- monitor performance and optimize execution
- collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Sales, and Patient Support
- ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years in market access, reimbursement, or biotech/pharma commercialization, with 3+ years of people-management experience
- strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, patient access services, and reimbursement practices
- ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ~50% travel
Preferred:
- advanced degree
- experience with complex billing, payer environments, and specialty products in urology or oncology
- leadership of geographically dispersed teams

WorkSetup:
