Program Management Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Program Management Analyst- NPI Location: Austin, TX (On-Site) Type: 12+ Months Contract Job Duties: Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, manufacturing planning, or operations Experience with NPI processes and board/electronics manufacturing preferred Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Experience with project management tools and methodologies Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems Data analysis and visualization skills Core Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry Knowledge of PCB/board manufacturing processes and technologies PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr netPolarity, Inc.
