Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. * Craft smart sales strategies that rev up vehicle sales and boost profitability. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Team up with finance, service, and other departments to make the car-buying journey smooth and enjoyable. * Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competition, spotting new opportunities before anyone else. * Keep senior management in the loop with regular updates on sales wins and shop operations Requirements * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the automotive industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools. * Ability to develop sales strategies and negotiate effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
