This full-time position allows you to provide high-quality mental health services through a telehealth platform, offering you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home. The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on your chosen hours and caseload.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions online, ensuring a safe and ethical therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily responsible for working with adults presenting a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and life transitions. The clients you serve will generally be stable and low-acuity, allowing for a focus on developing effective coping mechanisms and enhancing quality of life rather than crisis intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses permitted. Candidates should have no disciplinary actions against their professional standing.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

• Strong familiarity with technology and a capacity to learn new software applications quickly.
