Growth-Oriented COO - Multi-Unit QSR Operations Leader

Leap Brands is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day restaurant operations across a growing multi-unit portfolio. You will build and lead field leadership, establish rigorous operating rhythms, and drive improvements in profitability, guest experience, and unit economics.

A track record of scaling, P&L ownership, and franchise collaboration is essential. You will partner with ownership and the executive team to set operating plans, budgets, and growth priorities, while developing
