HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LINE LEAD IN BENSENVILLE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Line Lead to join our team in Bensenville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates and checkers executing the consolidation (stuffing) and deconsolidation (stripping) of ocean/air freight, while ensuring strict compliance with TSA, FMC, and U.S. Customs (CBP) bonded regulations. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20/hour

- Located in Bensenville, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Direct daily receiving, staging, and loading of Less-than-Container Load (LCL) cargo. Assign tasks to forklift operators and checkers.
- Maintain Cargo Integrity: Oversee physical container stripping/stuffing, verify seal integrity, and coordinate cargo checks.
- Enforce Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to CBP bonded cargo protocols, TSA screening rules, and Centralized Examination Station (CES) customs inspections.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Log damages, shortages, or overages (OS&D) in the WMS system and coordinate with office staff to resolve client issues.
- Promote Safety: Act as safety lead on the floor, enforcing OSHA standards and proper forklift operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: ocean/air freight, or CFS logistics, with 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LCL/FCL consolidation, bonded warehouse regulations, and TSA cargo protocols.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel.
- Equipment: Active Forklift Certification.
- Bilingual (Preferred): English/Spanish proficiency to communicate with diverse yard and warehouse teams.
