• Do you thrive on the production floor, guiding people to hit plan, quality, and delivery—safely?
• Can you switch gears fast when a short run pops up or a machine pauses, keeping output on track?
• Are you fluent in English and Spanish and skilled at teaching others?

• Execute the daily production plan with the supervisor and keep line efficiency and delivery metrics on target.
• Guard quality: confirm finished goods meet expectations and protect food safety and product integrity.
• Right-size staffing on the fly in response to labor shortages, short production runs, or mechanical issues.
• Lead line set-ups, changeovers, and tear-downs to minimize downtime.
• Create accurate pallet tags, labels, and supporting documents.
• Sustain a clean, well-organized work area aligned to GMP standards.
• Capture production data and report performance.
• Assist with training; coach teammates to standard work.
• Support Inventory Management, including cycle counting and basic controls.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.

• 2+ years of production operations experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Leadership and people-management capability; comfortable teaching and coaching.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management & Control.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
