Real Estate Attorney

Overview This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties across a variety of asset classes. Salary range: $185,000 – $240,000 per year. Experience expected: Mid level. Responsibilities Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters Represent developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients in complex real estate deals Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and related transactional materials Support real estate financing transactions, including borrower and lender-side representation Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review Collaborate with land use, environmental, and corporate teams on multidisciplinary matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission 5+ years of commercial real estate or transactional experience Strong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to manage deals independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong client service orientation and attention to detail About the Firm We are a full-service Florida law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering sophisticated legal counsel to businesses, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
