Miami has no shortage of general liability work, but not every seat in this market is a good one. Some come with a full docket and no real support behind it. This is not that.

A Miami litigation team needs an attorney who is already comfortable with general liability defense, slip and falls, premises liability, negligent security, and the constant pace that comes with insurers, adjusters, and experts all wanting answers at once. If you like being busy and being good at it, this is built for you.

What separates this one is the setup behind the caseload. Billable target is 1,900 hours, a figure meant to be hit rather than chased forever. Hybrid working is already in place, with real movement towards remote flexibility as things progress. If you would rather be in the office, close to the team and the action, that option stays fully open too. Nobody here is forcing one way of working on everybody.
