Associate Director, Pricing & Contracting Operations

Corcept Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director to oversee pricing and contracting operations, managing government pricing submissions, rebate programs, and contract administration. The role ensures regulatory compliance across federal and state requirements while supporting commercial strategies in partnership with finance, legal, and market access teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate monthly and quarterly government pricing calculations including AMP, Best Price, and ASP rebates
• Coordinate timely submissions of pricing data to CMS, HRSA, VA, and other government agencies
• Manage Medicaid, Medicare, and TRICARE rebate invoice processing and reconciliation
• Operationalize payer, specialty pharmacy, and GPO agreements with accurate pricing and terms
• Develop and maintain SOPs, control documentation, and records supporting pricing decisions

Requirements

• Experience in government pricing programs, rebate operations, and pharmaceutical contracting
• Knowledge of CMS, HRSA, and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program requirements
• Strong analytical skills with ability to validate pricing calculations and source data
• Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and healthcare pricing regulations
• Proficiency with pricing systems and financial close processes
