Someone that can start at entry level but who learns quickly and would rise up for more challenging roles. At entry level you would be answering phones and doing minor customer service work. As time goes on there are various licenses you can achieve and your income would increase accordingly. Performs administrative, office support activities and customer service. Duties include fielding telephone calls, taking payments and light customer service tasks. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include: File paperwork Appointment Scheduling Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Update policyholder's contact information such as phone number and email address Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer. And more..
