Location: Miramar, Florida Full-time, 1-Year Contract

We're looking for a high-energy, Office Administrator / Receptionist with a background in hospitality, front desk, or guest services to bring their A-game to our corporate headquarters.

This isn't your average front desk job - this is your chance to become the face of a premium office experience , working with top-tier professionals and contributing to a seamless, high-touch workplace environment.

This is a 1-year contract role , perfect for someone who's ready to dive in, make an impact, and elevate the experience for both employees and VIP clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver a white-glove hospitality experience to clients, guests, and employees every single day
  • Manage conference room bookings, setups, catering , and post-event resets
  • Keep pantries, kitchens, and office supplies stocked and organized - no detail is too small
  • Support new hire onboarding , visitor check-ins, and employee requests
  • Be a key liaison with building management, facilities, and engineering teams
  • Own the office experience: from answering phones to ensuring the space looks sharp
  • Be on the move - regularly walking the space to ensure every corner reflects excellence
  • Maintain daily activity tracking and reporting
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of admin, receptionist, or guest-facing experience - ideally in hospitality, hotels, or corporate front-of-house
  • A natural host : warm, accommodating, polished, and proactive
  • You love creating great experiences - from a friendly greeting to a flawless boardroom setup
  • Highly organized and excellent at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Outlook and calendar scheduling; comfortable managing email requests
  • You take pride in your appearance, professionalism, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, think on your feet, and keep things running smoothly
  • Team player with a positive, can-do mindset
  • Able to walk the floors regularly and support light physical tasks related to office upkeep
Bonus Points:
  • Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or concierge services
  • Experience working in a corporate office setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication (we may request a writing sample
Details:
