WEALTH MANAGEMENT / BROKERAGE CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Location: Coppell, TX | Hybrid

Pay Rate: $27.68/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overtime: Flexibility required based on business needs

CornerStone Staffing is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire experienced Wealth Management / Brokerage Client Service Specialists !

Are you experienced in brokerage operations, wealth management, investment account servicing, or supporting financial advisors? Do you enjoy solving complex problems and delivering exceptional service?

This opportunity allows you to support financial advisors, their teams, and investment clients with brokerage and advisory account inquiries, financial transactions, and specialized service requests.

We're looking for professionals who understand the importance of white-glove service, attention to detail, and taking ownership of client issues from start to resolution.

• Provide specialized phone-based and case management support to financial advisors, brokerage professionals, and investment clients.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to brokerage accounts, advisory accounts, investment transactions, and account servicing.
• Assist with new account setup, account maintenance, transfers, direct business, and other brokerage operations.
• Support financial transactions, including journals, distributions, check requests, and related account activity.
• Investigate complex service requests, account discrepancies, and escalated issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Navigate brokerage platforms, investment systems, and CRM tools to research accounts and document service requests.
• Partner with financial advisors and internal operations teams to resolve client needs accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while maintaining strong attention to detail and client confidentiality.

• 1+ year of relevant experience in financial services, brokerage operations, investment servicing, or wealth management.
• Experience supporting financial advisors, brokerage clients, investment accounts, or financial service requests strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with brokerage accounts, advisory accounts, investment products, or financial transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve complex client inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to high-quality client service.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while managing client calls and service cases.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience with a broker-dealer, RIA, brokerage firm, wealth management company, or investment advisory organization.
• Familiarity with Envestnet, Orion, Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing , or similar brokerage and investment platforms.
• Experience processing brokerage transactions, distributions, journals, transfers, and check requests.
• Experience servicing advisory accounts, supporting financial advisors, or working with investment operations teams.
• SIE or other FINRA licensing is a plus.
• Experience handling complex financial service cases, escalations, or advisor support calls.
