You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Regions Business Capital Portfolio Manager manages portfolios and executes portfolio strategies.Primary ResponsibilitiesWorks with clients and multiple partners to develop and execute goals through discussion and identification of client prioritiesManages the assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, performing required periodic credit servicing, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues and developing remediation, underwriting and approving credit as designatedMonitors risk by utilizing advanced knowledge of bank policies and proceduresPrepares reports used by senior management for the purpose of lending decisions and credit risk reviewKeeps abreast of trends and developments in the economy and markets and has vast historical knowledge based on experience in multiple market cycles to ensure effective communication to clients and partnersWorks with assigned clients to enhance revenue generation, recommend optimal financing and identify cross-sell opportunitiesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related fieldNine (9) years of asset-based lending or related financial services industry experience in a corporate lending environment with solid achievements in developing businessPreferencesMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Skills and CompetenciesDemonstrated positive management/leadership skills and principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional analytical skillsExceptional business development skills with demonstrated excellence in cross-selling and success in sustained revenue generationStrong interpersonal skills used within a team environment and in client interaction with emphasis on excelling in relationship buildingPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$185,432.94 USDMedian:$213,444.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
