If you want to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!ARE YOU THE CONSUMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experienceExperience working with retailers, distributors, dealers, or consumer productsExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsProven ability to develop and grow strategic customer relationshipsStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 25% throughout assigned territoriesSelf-motivated with strong business development and relationship management skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel are preferred.AVERAGE DAY AS A CONSUMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVEThis is a full-time position with up to 25% travel for customer meetings, retailer and dealer visits, trade shows, and manufacturing sites.In this role, you'll drive growth by analyzing territory performance in Dynamics 365 CRM and strengthening partnerships with dealers and distributors. Your role includes leading presentations to retailers, developing strategic plans to increase revenue, and gathering customer feedback.
