Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates interested in our insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, explain insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to address client concerns and showcase product benefits. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management. Compensation: 1099 Commission-Based Only Compensation varies based on market and performance, with bonuses paid monthly and residuals on client anniversaries.
