MPB is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the daily operations and strategic direction of the Human Resources Office. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer to strategically plan short-term and long-term human resource goals that support MPB's mission and strategic priorities. Responsible for talent acquisition and retention, classification and compensation, workforce and leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Serves as primary liaison to statewide HR partners, including the Mississippi State Personnel Board and other state agencies. Responsible for agency compliance with state and federal employment laws and internal policy. Maintains the Performance Review System for the agency. Oversees benefits management for the agency. Manages and advises on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, with a focus on fairness, consistency, and risk mitigation.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
