Description Medical Staff Coordinator at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is a Full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. The Medical Staff Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support to Medical/Professional Staff functions and as a key resource for the medical staff leadership. The coordinator may be required to assist with elements of the credentialing process, initial and reappointment, expirable and proctoring as assigned. Required Qualifications Within 5 years of hire Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist - National Association Medical Staff Services (Facility Managed) Or Within 5 years of hire Certified Professional Medical Services Management - National Association Medical Staff Services (Facility Managed). Experience in coordinating meetings, and events. Preferred Qualifications Coursework/Training Some college. Or Bachelor's Degree. 3 years Recent experience as a Medical Staff Coordinator or similar experience. Why Join Providence? Pay Range Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Pay Range: $27.92 - $42.73.
