Fast Food Shift Manager

What You'll Do: Supervise and coach Front of House and Back of House team members during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service. Open or close the restaurant safely, including cash handling, drawer counts, and securing the building. Monitor food safety, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift. Handle customer service issues calmly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage shift breaks, station deployment, and keep team members motivated during peak rushes. Position Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in food service, retail, or restaurant leadership (Crew Lead or Shift Supervisor experience preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
