Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapies.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, closely monitoring patient effectiveness and making necessary dosage adjustments.
• Deliver various psychotherapy and counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to coordinate patient's holistic care and ensure alignment on treatment approaches.
• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment choices, and effective self-care techniques.
• Monitor and document ongoing patient progress, including response to medications and therapy outcomes, ensuring clear communication among the team.
• Conduct follow-up appointments regularly to assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary modifications to care plans.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to foster professional growth and enhance overall patient care quality.
• Uphold legal and ethical standards while safeguarding patient confidentiality and adhering to organization protocols.

Qualifications

• A valid Nurse Practitioner license, with specialization in psychiatric mental health.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; an advanced academic degree such as a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year, adjusted according to your experience and qualifications.
