Absolute Dental is looking for motivated, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinators to join our growing team! In this important front office role, you'll help patients understand their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial options while supporting overall office flow and patient satisfaction. As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through every step of their care experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting case acceptance in a fast-paced dental environment. You'll work closely with patients, providers, and office teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience from consultation to treatment completion. Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients Guide patients through scheduling and treatment follow-through Support case acceptance and patient education Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA Assist with daily patient flow and overall office operations Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment planning Proven ability to present treatment plans and support case acceptance Excellent communication and patient education skills Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar practice management systems Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Recent experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator within the last 5 years is required Previous experience in roles such as: Treatment Coordinator Patient Care Coordinator Dental Front Office Coordinator Similar dental office positions Confident and experienced in treatment planning Patient-focused with strong relationship-building skills Results-driven with a focus on case acceptance and patient follow-through Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends based on office needs Openness to rotating between office locations in Las Vegas and Henderson when needed Schedule may vary by location and operational needs Be part of one of Nevada's fastest-growing dental organizations Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Collaborative and supportive team culture Modern offices with advanced dental technology A company focused on patient care, teamwork, and excellence If you're passionate about helping patients, confident in treatment coordination, and ready to grow with a supportive dental organization, we'd love to hear from you!
