Job Overview A law firm seeks a talented employment attorney with over five years of experience to join their Employment Law team in Menlo Park, CA. The candidate will provide strategic workforce guidance and ensure legal compliance for clients, including technology companies and private equity firms. Duties Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance. Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on employment matters. Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks. Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents. Collaborate with clients in technology and private equity sectors. Requirements Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills. Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group. Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar. Demonstrated professionalism and judgment in high-stakes situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar or New York State Bar. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
