Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize workstations, ingredients, and kitchen equipment for smooth cooking operations
• Cook and arrange food with attention to detail and appealing presentation
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized kitchen environment
• Check ingredient quality and manage food storage, stock, and orders
• Follow sanitation procedures and ensure kitchen safety standards are met

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a cook with strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen
• High school diploma required; culinary school diploma is a plus
