Roofing Laborer/Apprentice

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Roofing

Laborer/Apprentice to join our growing team. We work year round, in all various weather conditions. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.

You'll work under direction of the owner or foreman to learn specific standards, assist with installations, tear-offs, repairs, and ensure job sites are clean and safe.

This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)
Load, unload, and organize roofing materials and tools on job sites
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
Support lead roofers with measurements, cutting materials, and installation tasks
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
Learn roofing techniques and safety procedures through on-the-job training
