Senior Brand Director - Europe
Electronic Silk Road (Shenzhen) Tech Co., Ltd
- Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or higher, Fluent in English .
- Experience: More than 8 years of work experience, Proven track record in general management/business operations within the European consumer market. Deep understanding of European retail ecosystems and consumer behaviors.
- Omni-Channel & Synergy: Strong track record in brand marketing and channel coordination, with the ability to seamlessly integrate digital marketing, e-commerce platforms , and offline retail channels to drive growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong commercial and analytical mindset, capable of translating complex market dynamics, sales data, and consumer insights into actionable business decisions. 1.P&L & Strategic Leadership: Lead the overall business operations and strategic expansion across the European market. Hold full P&L accountability for regional revenue, profitability, and market growth, formulating and executing medium-to-long-term strategies to scale brand influence and achieve business milestones.
- Pan-European Strategy & Localization: Deeply understand European consumer dynamics, cross-border market trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement localized commercial strategies—spanning brand positioning, product adaptation, channel expansion, and marketing—to elevate ESR’s market share and brand equity in Europe.
- Marketing & Growth Execution: Oversee and empower the European marketing team across brand communications, integrated campaigns, user growth, and resource allocation, ensuring marketing investments effectively translate into scalable business revenue.
- Operational Excellence & Analytics: Establish standard operational and business management frameworks for the European region. Continuously refine business models using sales performance data, market feedback, and consumer insights to boost operational efficiency and sustain long-term growth.
