We're assisting a well-funded startup in the telecom infrastructure space with their search for Sr. Product Engineers. Their product helps infrastructure teams ingest documents, validate asset data, and generate engineering and operational deliverables, replacing massive manual workflows with intelligent automation. The role will work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) from the Austin TX office, and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.

What you'll be doing:

• Building backend services and LangGraph agent workflows for document extraction and validation pipelines

• Working directly with customers and SMEs to understand manual workflows and automate them end-to-end

• Owning product features from ambiguous requirements through to shipped, observable production code

• Hardening AI pipelines with validation, retries, structured output handling, and eval coverage

• Contributing across the stack (APIs, tooling, light front-end) when it moves the product forward

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in full stack software engineering

• Experience working directly with customers or non-technical stakeholders on product decisions

• Experience building production AI/LLM agent workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)

• Production experience in Python and/or Typescript/Node (backend services) and React or similar frontend framework

• Real-world experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)

• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, REST API design, document extraction or RAG
