Senior Operations Manager

Our client, a growing footwear & lifestyle brand, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help build scalable processes. This hands-on role will manage fulfillment, inventory, customer experience, and vendor relationships while partnering with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth. A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.ResponsibilitiesServe as the key operations partner across Product Development, Production Planning, Customer Experience, and eCommerceCoordinate product launch timelines from production delivery through inventory receipt, site launch, and fulfillment readinessOwn 3PL relationships end-to-end, including performance management, SLAs, issue resolution, weekly reviews, claims, and invoice reconciliationOversee DTC and wholesale fulfillment, including EDI, routing guides, and retailer complianceEnsure warehouse standards for packaging, QC, damages, and suppliesManage inventory accuracy, pre-orders, sell-ahead, purchasing coordination, and stock movementOversee inbound logistics, freight partners, POs, and receiving & reportingBuild and improve operational processes as the business scalesBe hands-on during peak periods and major product launchesQualifications:3–5+ years of operations experience, ideally within DTC fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands xhyhwjd Experience managing 3PLs, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and customer experienceStrong analytical skills with experience in demand planning, inventory forecasting, and data-driven decision-makingAbility to build processes from scratch and optimize existing workflowsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentWillingness to travel and work flexible hours during peak periods
