Senior Jewelry Operations Coordinator — Fine JewelryNew York City | Full-TimeQualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Our client, NYC based jewelry brand is seeking an experienced Senior Jewelry Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our New York office.We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in fine jewelry or jewelry wholesale operations. This position works directly with the owner and requires a high level of accuracy, accountability and follow-through.Inventory is at the center of this position. Our inventory is managed through RightClick, which is the heart of our office operations. Previous RightClick experience is a major advantage. Candidates without RightClick experience must have substantial jewelry inventory experience and be able to learn the system quickly and accurately.Substantial professional jewelry industry experience is required. This is not an entry-level position or a transition into jewelry from an unrelated field.ResponsibilitiesManage jewelry inventory using RightClick and SugarSyncPrepare and maintain memos, invoices, billings, returns and related recordsManage repairs from receipt through completion and returnCoordinate merchandise transfers and requests from retail accountsCommunicate with retail accounts and private clients together with the ownerStore visits, including occasional trunk shows, if neededMaintain accurate digital and physical recordsTrack outstanding repairs, shipments, returns and projects and ensure timely follow-upReconcile inventory discrepancies and review transactions for accuracyMaintain office expense records and reportingCoordinate merchandise photography and seasonal trunk-show supportHelp supervise and review the work of junior office staff and internsProvide clear daily updates on priorities, completed work and outstanding issuesQualifications5+ years of relevant experience in fine jewelry, jewelry wholesale or jewelry operationsDirect experience with jewelry inventory, memos/consignment, repairs, shipping and wholesale accounts strongly preferredExcellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailHighly reliable, proactive and able to work independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in ExcelRightClick experience is a significant plusComfortable working in a small office where senior staff both manage and personally execute day-to-day operational workThe ideal candidate enjoys the detailed operational side of the jewelry business—maintaining accurate inventory, resolving discrepancies, keeping projects moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. xhyhwjd Job Type: Full-Time, 5 days a week in office.Location: New York CitySalary: $80,000–$90,000+, based on relevant experience
