Salary: USD75000 - USD85000 per year Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their client's dynamic manufacturing organization in Fairfield County Connecticut. The recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing needs. Responsibilities Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborating with HR and management to forecast future hiring needs and develop talent pipelines. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management. Maintaining an organized database of potential candidates for future opportunities. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process. Qualifications Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
