Job Title: Coodinador de ProgramasDepartment: ProgramasLocation: Guatemala – Ciudad de GuatemalaFoundation: OS GuatemalaModality: On site (Presencial)1. Funciones del puesto:Coordinación de Programas Quirúrgicos: Ejecución de la calendarización, logística y presupuesto para llevar a cabo los programas quirúrgicos. ? Velar por la correcta ejecución de los estándares médicos establecidos por OSI. ? Seguimiento y apoyo en reportería posterior a programa quirúrgico.Supply Chain: Solicitar cotización y compra de insumos según existencias y calendarización anual. Administración de insumos. ?Control de Inventario: Registro de ingresos y egresos de insumos médicos y no médicos, existencias en bodega, y control de recepción de carga internacional y compras locales.Gestión Administrativa: Apoyo en la ejecución y resguardo de toda la reportería de los programas quirúrgicos.Implementación de Plantillas: Plantillas de insumos por paciente durante jornadas quirúrgicas.2. Propósitos del documento:Coordinar y ejecutar programas quirúrgicos para la atención integral del paciente, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad de Operación Sonrisa local e internacional. ?Relaciones internas:Revisar presupuestos, proveer cotizaciones en tiempo, rendición de cuentas mensual y al cierre de cada programa. Seguimiento a la ejecución del presupuesto mensual y anual del área.Apoyo en reporte de la ejecución de los programas y solicitud de recursosProveer información de los Programas para generar contenido de comunicación.Seguimiento a listado de pacientes que ingresan a los programas quirúrgicos, para que cumplan con las categorías y calendarización propuesta.Asegurar insumos y carga completa para desarrollo de programas. Relación y seguimiento de procesos hospitalariosRelaciones externas:Seguimiento de Programas implementados.Participación para reportar planificación, logistica y resultados de Programas.Participación y seguimiento de solicitud y requisitos para realizar jornadas quirurgicas.
