Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guided Growth Therapies, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on holistic treatment approaches that benefit the entire family unit.

• Assess and address various issues affecting family dynamics, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Provide support for a wide range of family-related conflicts, including separation, divorce adjustments, and blended family challenges.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of all clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create cohesive care strategies that ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents, addressing complex family issues and mental health challenges. Your expertise will help facilitate healing and communication among family members, improving relationships and overall mental wellness. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
