Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Guided Growth Therapies, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples and families to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples, offering guidance that fosters understanding and reconciliation.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, addressing unique needs while also considering family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a myriad of challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Monitor client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engage with community resources to provide holistic support to clients, ensuring access to additional services as needed.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.
