Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guided Growth Therapies, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments with couples, families, and individuals to identify their unique needs and therapy goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including family therapy sessions that may involve working with each family member individually.
\n
• Addressing a range of complex issues, such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflict, and communication barriers.

• Guiding families through transitions like separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records using our secure electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on couples and families facing various challenges, including:

• Emotional and psychological trauma stemming from grief, loss, and abuse.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) status with an active state license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
