Role Description
This is a part time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Rocky River, OH, with opportunities to work remotely. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support to company leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient workflow and supporting daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
- Skill in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong expertise in Executive Support, including calendar management, scheduling, and task prioritization
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build professional relationships
- Proficiency with office software tools and organizational systems
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar hybrid work environment is a plus
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
