We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Lead to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in our New York, New York, United States office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a wide range of corporate events, from industry trade shows to bespoke client functions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners through meticulously planned events. The annual salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $95,000 USD , commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives. Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of all events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and internal company functions. Create and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered within financial parameters. Negotiate with and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure high-quality service and value. Coordinate all logistical elements of events, such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and delegate management. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across various channels to drive attendance and engagement. Oversee on-site event management, acting as the main point of contact to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all attendees. Analyze event performance, gathering feedback and producing post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in an event management role, preferably within the technology or software industry. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline is desirable. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrable experience in budget management and financial accountability. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
