We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you'll do:Work alongside Senior Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements that will delight our customersParticipate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implementedBuild unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products create the greatest impactCollaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily stand-ups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviewsProvide constructive and honest feedback during sprint retrospectives with a team mindsetWhat you'll bring:3+ years of software engineering experienceExperience with our technology stack:.NET, C#, React or Angular, and SQL databaseKnowledge of Node, cloud services (AWS preferred), testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium desirableExperience with designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving softwareExperience in developing enterprise software that exceeds the industry standards for security, accessibility and user experienceFamiliarity with designing and developing foundational platform servicesExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsBonus: Additional experience with microservices architecture, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), DevOps and CI/CD workflows, containerization (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes), library design and familiarity with SSO solutions and identity providers like Auth0, Okta, or similar, is a plusCulture Agility.
